The U.S. Army and U.S. Navy and Clark Pinnacle are working together to renovate, replace and construct military family housing communities for the Presidio of Monterey (POM) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). The planned development, located at the Ord Military Community at former Fort Ord and La Mesa Village off Aguajito Road in Monterey, will consist of 2,209 new and replacement housing units intended to serve the 4,000 plus population of service members and their families assigned to POM and NPS. |

The U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir and Clark Pinnacle are working together to plan, operate and construct military family housing communities for Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Va. The initial development plan, which spans eight years, includes the demolition and replacement of 1,630 homes and the renovation of 170 historically significant homes on Fort Belvoir. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 2,070 Fort Belvoir homes for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years. |

The U.S. Army, Fort Irwin and Clark Pinnacle are working together to develop, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Fort Irwin in California. The initial development plan, which spans eight years, includes the demolition and replacement of 385 homes with 715 new homes. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 2,376 homes at Fort Irwin for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years. |

The U.S. Army, Moffett Field and Clark Pinnacle are working together to develop, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Moffett Airfield in Mountainview, California. The initial development plan, which spans two years, includes the demolition of 96 existing apartments to make room for 181 new townhomes and the renovation of nine historic homes. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 316 homes for the U.S. Army at Moffett Field during the next fifty years. |

housing communities for Fort Benning,
GA, and Camp Frank D. Merrill, Dahlonega,
GA. The project will rebuild and/or renovate
approximately 4,200 homes over a ten-year
Initial Development Period for members
of the armed services and their families
assigned to Fort Benning and Camp Frank
D. Merrill. When the development and construction
activities are complete, Clark Pinnacle
will continue to manage the Fort Benning
homes for the U.S. Army throughout the
remaining 40 years of the project. |
