Clark Pinnacle is a joint venture between
Clark Realty and Pinnacle formed to improve the
quality of life for members of our armed forces
and their families.
Clark Pinnacle LLC is a joint venture between
Clark Realty and Pinnacle, both privately held
American-owned companies. This joint venture brings
together two companies nationally recognized for
their abilities to develop, design, finance, build,
manage and, and maintain successful military family
communities. Our team was formed with the express
intent of providing the Department of Defense
the experience, capacity, and ability to build
exceptional communities for the families defending
our nation (see Our Portfolio).

Our architect and master planner
for our projects is Torti Gallas and Partners
(Torti Gallas). Torti Gallas is a nationally
recognized, award-winning residential design
and site planning firm. They have designed more
than 350,000 residential units and 500 communities
for the private sector. They have also designed
new and renovated military family housing neighborhoods
for the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Torti Gallas and Clark have worked together
on dozens of residential projects over the years,
including the on-going Department of the Navy
Family Housing privatization project in San
Diego. |

Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O)
is a civil engineering firm whose expertise
includes utility and road design, environmental
work, surveying, and supplemental construction
coordination. G&O has extensive military housing
experience and has completed multiple projects
with Clark and Torti Gallas. |

Barnes Wentworth designs,
installs and manages open architecture,
carrier independent communications networks
and infrastructure for industrial, commercial,
and residential properties. The company
also works with municipalities in developing
public/private partnerships to build and
finance a communications infrastructure.
Barnes Wentworth envisions the deployment
of a comprehensive technology program
for the military communities. In practical
terms this means that each house and each
common space facility will be internally
wired so as to accommodate telephony,
video and Internet data services.
