Clark Pinnacle is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Pinnacle formed to improve the quality of life for members of our armed forces and their families.

Clark Pinnacle LLC is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Pinnacle, both privately held American-owned companies. This joint venture brings together two companies nationally recognized for their abilities to develop, design, finance, build, manage and, and maintain successful military family communities. Our team was formed with the express intent of providing the Department of Defense the experience, capacity, and ability to build exceptional communities for the families defending our nation (see Our Portfolio).

Our architect and master planner for our projects is Torti Gallas and Partners (Torti Gallas). Torti Gallas is a nationally recognized, award-winning residential design and site planning firm. They have designed more than 350,000 residential units and 500 communities for the private sector. They have also designed new and renovated military family housing neighborhoods for the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Torti Gallas and Clark have worked together on dozens of residential projects over the years, including the on-going Department of the Navy Family Housing privatization project in San Diego.

Greenhorne & O'Mara (G&O) is a civil engineering firm whose expertise includes utility and road design, environmental work, surveying, and supplemental construction coordination. G&O has extensive military housing experience and has completed multiple projects with Clark and Torti Gallas.
BARNES WENTWORTH

Barnes Wentworth designs, installs and manages open architecture, carrier independent communications networks and infrastructure for industrial, commercial, and residential properties. The company also works with municipalities in developing public/private partnerships to build and finance a communications infrastructure. Barnes Wentworth envisions the deployment of a comprehensive technology program for the military communities. In practical terms this means that each house and each common space facility will be internally wired so as to accommodate telephony, video and Internet data services.

Clark Pinnacle's partnership with the U.S. Army and Navy involves a portfolio of approximately 12,200 military housing units in five distinct military communities.
