Clark Pinnacle is proud to be part of a unique
public-private partnership with the U.S. Army
and the U.S. Navy formed to plan, program, develop,
construct, and/or manage a total portfolio of
approximately 12,000 military family housing units
in five distinct military communities.
Clark Pinnacle's vision is to build exceptional residential communities that improve the quality of life for Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and Coast Guardsmen and their families living at military installations throughout the United States and the world.
The planned housing developments are all part of the
Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) program,
enacted by Congress in 1996 with the Military Housing
Privatization Act, which allows the military to obtain
private sector capital and expertise to develop, manage
and improve military family housing.
Clark Pinnacle's partnership
with the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy currently involves
a portfolio of approximately 12,000 military family
housing units in five distinct military communities.
